MAS Deep Pour is a 100% solids, 3:1 by volume clear casting epoxy for river and ocean tables, casting, encapsulating and moulding. A long 5.5-hour gel time keeps exotherm down and lets bubbles rise, so you can pour 1/2 to 1 in thick per layer. It cures to a clear, glass-like finish that resists scratching and yellowing, typically within 24–36 hours at 70 °F (21 °C).

Features

  • Pour 1/2–1 in (13–25 mm) per layer
  • Long 5.5-hour gel time to reduce heat build-up, yellowing and cracking
  • Very thin 260 cP mixed viscosity for excellent air release
  • Clear, glass-like finish that resists scratching and yellowing
  • Compatible with pigments and dyes
  • Cures in about 24–36 hours at 70 °F (MAS figure)

Recommended Uses

  • River and ocean tables
  • Casting and encapsulating objects
  • Moulds and thick decorative pours
