Do you want to recapture that high gloss 'wet look' finish that is every boat owner's pride and joy?

3M™ Finesse-It™ II Finishing Material is ideal for the final polishing of fibreglass and painted boat surfaces.

It does not contain wax or silicone and will remove minor scratches and light oxidation without leaving any swirl marks.

To apply by hand, place a small amount of the white material on a clean cloth and apply it in a circular motion, rubbing to create a high gloss. For best results, the polish should be applied with a buffing machine. Simply apply enough of the material to spread over a 2'x 2' area and buff the surface, using light to moderate pressure, to create a high gloss finish.

Highlights
  • Removes grade P800 sand scratches from production gelcoat, and grade 1000 or 1200 sand scratches from tooling gelcoat
  • Well-suited for boat reconditioning of heavily oxidized surfaces
  • Buffs to high gloss
  • Contains no wax or silicone

3M™ Finesse-it™ Marine Paste Compound, 06039, aggressively removes heavy oxidation, chalking, fading, minor scratches, rust, and exhaust stains from gelcoat surfaces. It says wet during compounding, reducing heat build-up, allowing for a greater area to be compounded with less material.

Suggested applications
  • Use to remove heavy oxidation, chalking, fading, minor scratches, rust, and exhaust stains from gelcoat surfaces
