Sikaflex®-290 DC PRO is a 1-component polyurethane joint sealing compound formulated for caulking joints in traditional timber marine decking. Its excellent weathering resistance makes it well suited to highly exposed open deck joints, and it cures to a flexible elastomer that sands quickly and easily. It meets the requirements of the International Maritime Organization (IMO). On timber, a primer such as Sika® Primer-290 DC is mandatory.
