Scarab Liqiud Blue Gelcoat Paste Repair Kit (2018-2025)
Scarab owners: this is the Liqiud Blue touch-up you've been looking for. Spectrum colour-matches each Patch Paste kit to the factory gelcoat, and this one is mixed to code 11514, listed for 2018-2025. Choose the 2 oz Patch Paste Kit, a quart or a gallon.

- 2 oz Paste Kit: 2 oz jar of Spectrum Patch Paste with catalyst (hardener) and instructions, for small cosmetic repairs.
- Quart or Gallon: colour-matched gelcoat only, for larger repairs. Hardener (MEKP) is not included with quarts or gallons; purchase separately.

2 oz Paste Kit is best for
Nicks, scuffs, scratches and screw holes, roughly 10 loonies of coverage per kit.
2 oz Paste Kit repair steps
- Sand out the damaged area with 220 grit; cracks must be ground out before filling.
- Clean with acetone.
- Stir 10–12 drops of catalyst into 1 oz of paste and press it into the repair.
- Once cured (about 1–2 hours), block-sand flat with 220, 400 and 600 grit, then buff.
Quart and Gallon
- Colour-matched Spectrum gelcoat only: Scarab Liqiud Blue, Spectrum colour code 11514. Quarts and gallons are gel coat, not Patch Paste.
- Hardener (MEKP) is not included with quarts or gallons; purchase separately.
- Spectrum notes that gel coat needs catalyst (MEKP) at 2% by volume (77°F) and will not fully cure without a surfacing agent such as patch aid, PVA or surface seal.
