Build your own beautiful cedar strip canoe with our high-quality cedar strip canoe kit. A cedar strip canoe kit contains all the materials you need like pre-cut cedar strips, fiberglass cloth, epoxy resin, hardware and detailed plans to build your own custom cedar strip canoe.

The kit allows you to build a canoe from cedar strips, sheathed inside and out with fiberglass cloth set in epoxy. The weight of the finished canoe will vary depending on the type of fiberglass cloth used to sheath the hull and the amount of epoxy resin. The basic design can also be modified by changing the spacing of the building frames to make the canoe up to one foot longer.

This is third and largest of our line of solo/pack canoes, the entire line was created to be lightweight and easily portable. Suitable for larger paddlers looking for an easily transportable boat with room for their gear. It is one of a series available at 10, 12 and 14 feet in length, designed to suit solo paddlers of varying sizes.
