Sika® Aktivator-205 is a solvent-based, transparent adhesion promoter. It reacts with moisture and deposits active groups on the substrate, which act as a link between the substrate and the primer or sealant/adhesive. It is designed for treating bond faces before applying Sikaflex® and Sikasil® adhesives and sealants.
