Built around the powerful Mirka DEROS 6" sander and the 1230 HEPA AFC Dust Extractor, this kit provides exceptional surface finishing with superior dust control for marine, woodworking, and automotive applications.
The lightweight, low-vibration DEROS sander features a 2.5mm orbit for ultra-smooth finishing and a symmetrical design for comfortable all-day use. It connects directly to the Mirka 1230 HEPA AFC Dust Extractor via a 13’ hose and sleeve, ensuring a clean, dust-free workspace. The automatic filter cleaning and AutoStart functions reduce noise and extend motor life, while the flat top and integrated storage make transport easy. The included Abranet® mesh abrasives (grits 80, 120, 150, and 180) deliver exceptional dust extraction and sanding performance.
