Coosa Bluewater 32# 4' X 8'
Coosa Bluewater 32 is the highest-density Bluewater panel Noah’s Marine stocks—32 lb/ft³ (≈520–527 kg/m³ on Coosa’s 2026 TDS)—made from closed-cell polyurethane foam with continuous-strand fiberglass and woven roving. Coosa positions Bluewater 32 for demanding structural work where higher core properties and stronger screw retention matter.
Compared with Bluewater 20 and 26, Bluewater 32 trades some weight savings for higher compressive, shear, flexural, and fastener performance on Coosa’s published data sheet. Use it where loads, spans, or mechanical fastening push past what a lighter density can reliably deliver. Qualify for your design; Coosa does not engineer your specific repair or structure.
- Density: 32 lb/ft³ (Bluewater 32)
- Closed-cell, dimensionally stable, low water absorption; resists rot and mildew
- Bonds with common marine resins and adhesives per Coosa guidance
- Machine with carbide blades/bits; fasten per your design requirements
- Sheets: 4′ × 8′; thicknesses ¾″ and 1½″ on this listing
