System Three Bor-8 Borate Rods 1/2" x 2" (12 Pack)

System Three Bor-8 Borate Rods are an easy, low-cost way to stop and prevent decay in wood. The glass-like rods are made from fused, water-diffusible borate: insert them into drilled holes and moisture in the wood carries the borate to where rot and insects start. Borates control decay fungi, termites, carpenter ants and many wood-boring beetles while being far less toxic to people and pets.
