System Three Pennant Primer is a waterborne, two-part epoxy-polyamide primer. It contains no harmful solvents, cleans up with water, bonds tenaciously to clean, sanded surfaces and gives a friendly base for water- and solvent-based marine topcoats. It can be used above or below the waterline and seals fairing and filler work before topcoating.

Recommended Uses
