System Three Submarine is a general-purpose epoxy paste that bonds to wet surfaces by displacing water, and it can even be applied to objects completely under water. It cures as low as 35°F (2°C) and bonds concrete, stone, masonry, glass, wood, aluminum and steel. Use it as an adhesive or patching compound, with fibreglass cloth for extra strength.

Recommended Uses
